Good to know

• The prices are per person and night including a rich breakfast buffet.
• The local tax of € 2,60 per person and day (except children under 14 years) is not included in the price. ( modifications reserved)
• Check in from 2.00 pm / check out until 10.00 am.
• You can buy hot and cold drinks in our house.
• Bookings for 1-2 nights are only possible at short term.
• Two full-paying guests per double room. Double room for single use: 50% supplement on the relevant room charge. For the third person or more in the room, a discounted price applies.
• Payment methods: You can pay cash, by debit card, VISA and Mastercard.
• We regret we are unable to take reservations for specific rooms or tables.
• Special agreements must be confirmed in writing.
• Dogs and other pets are not allowed.
• Bookings are only accepted in writing.
  In case of cancellation 36 days prior your arrival day, you will be respectively charged 50% and 35 days to 22 days prior your arrival day, you will be respectively charged 80% of booked value. In case of cancellation from 21 days before arrival, you will be respectively charged 100% of the total amount. In case of no show or late arrival the whole stipulated amount must be paid. 100% of the day price will be charged for the remaining days if departing earlier. With your binding booking you agree to our cancellation condition.
• To avoid incurring costs in case of cancellation, we recommend you to conclude a travel cancellation insurance.
• Should a significant, unexpected general price increase (e.g. VAT increase) occur, the prices quoted will be updated.
